The individual in this position will ensure that the customers, distributors and service providers receive professional, courteous, and timely support. Additionally, this is a tremendous prospect for an individual looking join a vital organization and make an immediate impact.

Responsibilities:
  • Support throughout sales processes; pre-order, order processing, and post-order documents
  • Issue quotations for hardware and software
  • Generate part estimates and orders
  • Send out shipping information and delegate on-boarding tasks
  • Help assign incoming leads to correct account and territory owners
  • Generate sales reports
  • Process hardware and software orders
  • Complete shipping damage claims
  • Assist in arranging international shipping 

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’ s degree in Business Management or related field 
  • At least 1 year of customer support or technical support experience 
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Highly attentive to detail 
  • Solid Microsoft Office expertise (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Excellent customer relationship skills, must be diplomatic and tactful

  • Competence to multi-task, take initiative, work independently, and use creative problem-solving skills
