An Information Management company seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to be responsible for the financial management and business partnership of existing and emerging product lines. This position stands on a contract basis; however, it has the potential to extend. The individual in this role be leading the FP&A tasks of monthly forecast and close cycles, annual budgeting and multi-year processes, variance analysis and special projects. Moreover, this is a tremendous prospect for an individual looking to become a key asset in the future growth of a company. 

Responsibilities:
  • Lead monthly forecast and close financial cycles for assigned businesses
  • Create and manage bottom’ s up forecast packages; reporting variance analysis, revenue, cost of sales, expense, capital and headcount projections
  • Analyze current and past trends in developing key performance indicators to drive strategy and good decision making
  • Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
  • Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies
  • Prepare presentations and maintain regular communication cadence with business partners
  • Assist in developing financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives

Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of progressive financial experience focused on providing planning and business analysis support a corporate environment
  • Bachelor’ s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Ability to synthesize large quantities of data, identify trends and drivers, and distill them into insightful analysis
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Highly attentive to detail 
  • Solid Microsoft Office expertise (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • High degree of business acumen and ability to interface directly with executive management
  • Ability to build partnerships, influence decisions, and work in a collaborative style
  • Excellent financial modeling skills
  • Experience with ERP systems and/or GSuite Professional tools
