This individual will be expected to lead, take ownership of their areas of responsibility, and ensure accurate and timely completion of company reporting requirements.   • Manage month-end close for revenue and related accounts
  • Oversee and review month-end balance sheet and P&L accounts associated with revenue and accounts receivable including revenue-related reserve
  • Review the accounting for customers incentives and other credits 
  • Supervise the accounting for sales and marketing spends including advertising media
  • Run the accounts payable operations including T&E expense and reimbursement processes
  • Superintend the payroll operations and work closely with Human Resources
  • Handle the monthly payroll, bonus, and stock-based compensation accounting
  • Responsible for the calculation and forecast of the basic and diluted shares outstanding
  • Support the annual preparation of the Form 10-K and Proxy related to equity
  • Maintain and ensure ongoing compliance with accounting policies and procedures

  • Bachelor’ s Degree in Accounting
  • 7 or more years accounting experience in public accounting 
  • Solid understanding of US GAAP, including ability to research and form own conclusions
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Solid Microsoft Office expertise (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Highly attentive to detail 
  • Ability to handle confidential information 
  • Experience managing and coaching employees; ability to develop staff

  • CPA
  • Experience with Oracle and Equity Edge 
  • Competence to multi-task, take initiative, work independently, and use creative problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, organized, analytical, customer-service oriented, and collaborative 
  • Capability to create and maintain a team spirit and harmonious working relationships
