A Greater Boston client seeks a Senior Technical Accountant who can handle such responsibilities as researching accounting standards, documenting technical accounting matters, and helping with purchase accounting. This position will be reporting to the Director of Technical and Financial Reporting.   Responsibilities:
  • Help document technical accounting matters
  • Oversee the SOX 404 program
  • Help automate processes
  • Conduct research on accounting standards
  • Degree in Accounting
  • At least 3 years' experience
  • CPA
Nice to Have:
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP
