A software pioneer and leader seeks a bright and passionate Senior Technical Sourcer to join their team on a 6-month contract basis.   • Develop and execute search techniques to generate a pool of candidates for staff open and/or confidential positions 
  • Create candidate pipelines for future needs
  • Conduct market analysis and industry research to inform and develop sourcing strategy
  • Partner with recruiters to understand the talent needs of the business and create an effective search strategy to fill open positions and build candidate pipelines
  • Generate leads and source candidates through direct sourcing methods (cold calling, social media, research etc.)
  • Screen candidates for needed skill set, competencies, interest, and availability 
  • Use available tools to maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and other recruiting activities
  • Report on activity and relevant market information

  • 5 or more years of experience in a sourcing role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience communicating with Executives
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Highly attentive to detail

  • Bachelor’ s degree
  • Developed business acumen and intellectual curiosity
  • Ability to manage multiple searches and projects 
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic, organized, analytical and collaborative
  • Capability to create and maintain a team spirit and harmonious working relationships
  • Competence to multi-task, take initiative, work independently, and use creative problem-solving skills
