- Provide support both in person and via phone
- Support Active Directory, help with set-ups on outlook and exchange account
- Troubleshoot VPN issues, Citrix issues
- 1 to 2 years of experience with technical support
- Strong experience supporting Microsoft office (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint etc)
- Exposure to Active Directory
- Basic understanding of networking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- College degree, either an Associates or Bachelors degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
